Before moving forward with payment or booking make sure you've read my photography waiver on my website. Click the link below if not. Please book 1-2 weeks in advance to allow any time for the shipment/purchases of any balloons, props or backdrops. There is a $50 nonrefundable booking fee for every shoot (which does not go towards the total purchase). Any additional props are allowed by the customer. 12 inch balloons & large number balloons are provided for some shoots depending on the package chosen. Cakes are at the discretion of the customer. Throne chairs are a popular demand, it's an additional $75 to rent a throne chair for the Standard & Deluxe Package. The chairs can be used at no charge for the PREMIUM & DIAMOND PACKAGE ONLY. A white & gold and black & gold throne chair are available on hand for rent. Any other color needed would be additional depending on the vendor chosen. Shoots can be booked any day of the week & no later than 6pm. You are more than welcome to send me examples of the type of shoot you would like before booking to make sure it's duable.
ALSO I ADVISE NOT BOOKING ANY SHOOTS DAYS BEFORE YOU NEED YOUR PHOTOS! IT TAKES UP TO A WEEK TO EDIT IMAGES! OTHERWISE RUSH FEES WILL APPLY. Do not ask for UNEDITED PHOTOS the answer is NO. You will only get the number of edited photos listed in your package.
Also book ANY MAKEUP OR HAIR APPOINTMENTS early morning or 2-3 HOURS before your shoot. Your shoot will be canceled if you book your makeup 1 hour before you shoot. You will not arrive in a timely manner to begin. There is a dressing room available with a vanity for any quick retouching for your hair or makeup.
A TIP: Pack a bag the night before with your jewelry, shoes, outfits, etc. so that you're not rushing the day of your shoot if you don't plan to come already dressed. You must arrive 15 minutes early for your shoot.
Once you book your session a confirmation email with the details will be sent to the email provided. You will also receive an AUTOMATED text message sent directly from my website about any remaining fees and a reminder of your shoot. Your shoot will be canceled if this amount is not paid in the time frame it's suppose to be paid. Online payments only. NO CASH!

NOTE:
It's strongly recommended that children are scheduled when they are at their best during the day. Please refrain from scheduling during nap-time or feeding time. Please do not book if you know that your children are not well behaved.

OUTDOOR SHOOTS
Any outdoor shoots outside of Ascension Parish will require an additional travel cost. 25 miles radius: Baton Rouge Area & New Orleans Area ($30). Outside of the 25 mile radius of Baton Rouge & New Orleans ($50 for every 25 miles). It is sometimes difficult to track the weather here in Louisiana. If for any reason the weather does not permit, we will communicate on arranging a different time that day or another day that works best for everyone. If the 2nd attempt isn't feasible, this would be only time I would offer a refund on the booking fee. Also please be prepared to walk long distances, sitting and standing on the ground. If outdoors isn't really "your thing" I wouldn't advise booking an outdoor shoot.
NOTE: The studio can only hold up to 5 people or less during a photo session.
BUSINESS SHOOTS
Business shoots are pretty much the same process as any other shoot. The theme is just "business". See the packages above that fit with your business idea. There is no difference in prices for headshots or full body shots. All shoots require multiple snapshots to be able to choose from a good set of photos before any editing is done. I can't help you if just need "ONE" headshot. You'll have to seek services elsewhere. When you fill out the form for booking, just mention that is for business.

Do you shoot weddings?
No. I don't do any type of special events. Only indoor studio shoots at my location or outdoor shoots. Nothing with large crowds or dark lighting.
Can I book a last minute shoot?
No. All shoots must be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. No you can not pay extra. Every week is planned accordingly.
Can a family member join the shoot?
If I'm not told in advance, this is not allowed. Each shoot is booked according to the package you've chosen. A birthday shoot will not turn into a quick mini family shoot!
What if I'm running late?
Do not book makeup an hour before your shoot. Do not try to get additional items before your shoot. Plan accordingly. This will decrease the amount of time you have for your shoot.
Can I look at the pictures when we're done?
Yes, we will go through them together and pick out the ones you like best.
Do I have to order prints through you?
If you wish. If you've read my photography waiver there is a price list within it. Prints can take up to a week or longer to ship. If you choose to print them elsewhere, I'll give you a hard copy and digital copy of my photo release agreement.

When do I pay the balance?
Each package is different. It is stated next to each package when money is due. You'll also receive a reminder text of the balance amount sent directly from my website. All payments are made online. No cash.
What if I don't like my pictures?
I've never encountered this situation. Customers book with me because they are satisfied with my previous work and have been referred to me because of the great experience a previous customer received. So therefore, NO REFUNDS. You can book with a different photographer.
